David L. Tedder

Beaufort, South Carolina

In 1992, David Tedder narrowed his practice to governmental, transactional and land development/conservation matters. David L. Tedder PA has provided quality service in these and related areas throughout the Coastal counties of South Carolina, and has consulted with local governments in Georgia and South Carolina concerning land use matters. He has served as city attorney since 1999 for a rapidly-growing city on the I-95 corridor, as well as providing as-needed consulting services to other local governments. Through the use of an extensive network built up over the years of outside attorneys who have particularized knowledge and practices, potential clients have access to the same level of service as provided by many large firms without sacrificing the personalized focus and attention that comes with a modest-sized staff. Land transactions receive the personal attention of David Tedder, and with his transactional staff, clients are given a personalized approach to closings. Certified as a planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), the Professional Institute of the American Planning Association.
